Siza

General Manager/ Behaviour Support Practitioner 

I am a Positive Behaviour Therapist with 14 years’ nursing experience, specialising in supporting children with autism, ADHD, and behavioural challenges. Using approaches like ABA and CBT, I create personalised, evidence-based interventions that build trust, independence, and confidence. Passionate about empowering families through education and advocacy, I remain grounded in my faith and committed to making a meaningful difference, one child at a time.

Anastasiya

Behaviour Support Practitioner 

I have worked in behaviour support since 2019, supporting participants from diverse backgrounds and life stages. I have a particular interest in working with older people and those with food-related behaviours. My Behaviour Support Plans are thorough, person-centred, and focused on the least restrictive approaches to improve quality of life. I support clients across the Macarthur region, Wollondilly Shire, and Southern Highlands, with availability on Thursdays, Fridays, and some Wednesdays. Outside of work, I enjoy the outdoors, reading, studying, and time with loved ones.

Emmanuel

Behaviour Support Practitioner 

I’m Emmanuel, a Behaviour Practitioner with two years’ experience in NDIS settings. I use Positive Behaviour Support to help clients achieve meaningful goals, reduce behaviours of concern, and improve quality of life through respectful, evidence-based strategies. Guided by empathy and collaboration, I work with families and teams to create person-centred plans that build independence and long-term outcomes. Outside of work, I enjoy travelling, soccer, cooking, and being active in my church community.

Behaviour Support Practitioner/ Allied Team leader 

Nazar is a Senior Occupational Therapist and Behaviour Support Practitioner at Power of Grace Care Services. He brings extensive experience across hospitals, aged care, schools, and NDIS settings, using a holistic, person-centred approach to support individuals with psychosocial, physical, and sensory challenges. Nazar focuses on meaningful goals and behaviour support strategies that enhance independence and quality of life.

Behaviour Support Practitioner

Tawonga is a Support Worker and Behaviour Support Practitioner dedicated to improving the lives of people with complex disabilities, including ASD, Schizophrenia, and Bipolar Disorder. He supports participants with tailored behaviour strategies, personalised goals, and NDIS documentation, fostering independence and empowering them to achieve meaningful milestones.

Dumie

Allied Health Manager/Senior Occupational Therapis

Dumie is a God-fearing man who is our Sydney/QLD OT with 3 years of clinical experience working with adults and paediatric clients. He is focused on implementing evidence-based interventions within the NDIS space to achieve optimal health outcomes for participants. He takes on a goal-orientated, participant-centred approach and engages not only the participants but also their family, friends and caregivers.
Dumie’s work involved supporting people from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds, and adults with varying conditions, including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), intellectual disability, schizophrenia, anxiety and depression.
Dumie is experienced in occupational therapy assessments, interventions and evaluations in the home and community settings, including:
Functional and psychosocial capacity assessments
Assistive technology assessment and prescription
Sensory Processing Assessment
Support Independent Living Assessments (SILS)
Specialised Disability Accommodation Assessments (SDA)
Complex home modification assessment (CHMA)

Nazar is a Senior Occupational Therapist and Behaviour Support Practitioner at Power of Grace Care Services. He brings extensive experience across hospitals, aged care, schools, and NDIS settings, using a holistic, person-centred approach to support individuals with psychosocial, physical, and sensory challenges. Nazar focuses on meaningful goals and behaviour support strategies that enhance independence and quality of life.

Peter

Senior Paediatric OT Occupational Therapist

Peter is a dedicated Occupational Therapist with a wide range of experience working with people of all ages, but especially with children. He works with a range of people to improve their independent living skills and help to improve their quality of life.

Peter adopts a client centred approach with a broad base of strategies tailored to the individual needs of the clients.

Peter has an interest in learning more about the sensory system, and how it impact an individuals daily lives and the impacts of an individuals ability to regulate themselves.

Outside of work Peter enjoys bushwalks, reading and spending time with friends.

Arshdeep

Physiotherapist

Hi, I’m Arshdeep a Physiotherapist with experience supporting clients from acute care through to long-term rehabilitation. I have a strong interest in occupational rehab, helping people return to meaningful work and independence after injury or illness. My skills include functional assessment, pain management, progressive rehab planning, and workplace ergonomics, with a focus on injury prevention and empowering clients in their recovery. Outside of work, I enjoy netball, hiking, Pilates, and exploring new cafés. At POGCS, I’m proud to deliver client-centred care as part of a team committed to excellence.
